I have been in the customer service area of work for over 10 years and when I voice myself to fix a lroduct or an order their initial response is always my “first impression” on how I believe things will go. As in will they help me or will i be left with unaswered concerns. Well!!!!! MelodySusie ya’ll just!! AAAAHHHH!!! Amaze me! I bought this specific drill back in October of last year (after mine of 5 years finally died lol) and it had only been about 3 months and the drill started giving issues. *Long story short the light on the screen wouldn’t turn off and it caused the drill to constantly be dying and not holding it’s charge* So I emailed them asking if there was some sort of instructions on how I could fix it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t something that I could do myself so they sent me a BRAND NEW DRILL!! I am so appreciative for them. I was even willig to just buy a new one (because I love their drills) but before even doing that they sent one to me right away. I received the shipped email a short while after and I am awaiting my new drill. I just want to say thank you again MelodySusie for your great customer service! I hope this helps anyone if you’re debating whether or not to buy it☺️

I have had this drill for 2 years now and gone through hundreds of nail sets and it is still going strong. I love the convenience of it being rechargeable, that definitely makes things alot easier with one less cord to worry about on my desk. Definitely beginner and professional friendly and will not break the bank. Worth the money. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Love this drill. I do my own gel x nails at home and this drill makes the job so much easier! It’s pretty simple to operate and the battery does last a long time. Can reach high speeds for quick removal and it’s compact design makes storing it practical. I wouldn’t say it’s really quiet, it just depends on the speed you work with. I’ve had mine for 3 years and it’s just now starting to give me issues so definitely a good value for the price in my opinion! I do my nails every 3-4 weeks so you can do the math on how often it’s been used lol I also used it to do other peoples nails from time to time. I’ll most likely be purchasing this model again to replace my current one

absolutely loved it for the time I had it, unfortunately it only lasted me a little over a year. Stopped spinning and now can’t get it to work

Perfect to use and take everywhere with you, the charge takes long to die and have to recharge worth it, will definitely buy again.

I have an earlier version of this drill from about five years ago and it unfortunately didn't have the ability to slow down almost to a snails pace so I ordered this one and am really happy with it. It slows down almost to a snails pace, which is exactly what I was looking for, it is easy to use, and it is rechargeable so you can use this anywhere without being tied to an outlet.

So quiet and powerful. My last one (airsee bran) burned out on my and I only used it 3x so I knew I have to invest in something better quality. I don’t do my own nails often but I think I want to more so because of how quickly this machine makes it. Only gave 4 stars because the product came damaged (cosmetically). I’m on my natural nail journey and this makes it so easy.

Works well. Charge lasts a long time. Helps a lot to remove my gel-x nails. Had to buy some more heavy-duty bits for removing gel-x though. The bits it comes with are moreso for nail prep than removal.

This drill is stunning!! Love the led and electric battery. It’s decently quiet too with little vibration great for doing your own nails or starting out as a nail tech. they have an amazing warranty as well! love melody susie

it’s beautiful and smooth running, it doesn’t make too much noise and is easy to use. i also wasn’t expecting it to come with drill bits and sanding bands, but there’s a more than decent amount of both!💗💗
