This barrier cream was recommended along with a face wash ( different brand ) to clear up my maskne due to wearing a face make daily. The scent is also light and does create that barrier as well as conditioning my skin. My skin is extremely sensitive. You only need a little pinch spreads easily .

I’ve tried many products for my dry lips over the years. Barrier Balm Lip recovery is by far, the very best!

The oil separates from the balm and spills out the top every time you open it. It has a medicinal taste and is really terrible. I used the Glo Lip Balm for years before they changed it to this tube. Once you try to pour the oil out to get to the balm the consistency is off and it wears off immediately, not hydrating, and not lasting more than a few minutes on your lips

First of all this is one of the few products you can use on your lips or skin no matter how sensitive they are and it will not cause an adverse reaction. Secondly it really moisturizes the skin/lips initially but evaporates so quickly that you have to re-apply about every 20 minutes. I have used this product for many years and it used to last several hours. But for the price, it is still better than anything else out there.

I love how fast it heals. I just wish it came in a bigger size.

I have plaque psoriasis. The worst spots are on my scalp and in my eyebrows. Using this as skin care for my psoriasis makes it turn from a horrific ugly scale mess to just a slightly discolored patch of skin. Yay for accidental discoveries!!

It keeps your lips moistened but doesn’t have lasting power. It needs to be a little tackier for that. It’s also summer so it hasn’t been put to the true test of winter in New England.
