I gave them ten stars. It arrived on time. It was fast and well packaged. I got the user manual before the package arrive.I was worried it was not real rose quartz and used cheap material like my other order. However, this is not the case. The rose quartz is REAL rose quartz. I started gua sha without any oil and it did not irritate my skin at all. It is really heavy. Every time I pick it up, the gua sha tool is cold. (That is how I know it is natural stones since I don't know how to sense the energy.)I will definitely recommend anyone to order with Real Jade.

Hello to all of you interested in purchasing these stones-they are awesome. They were shipped really fast! The packaging was lovely, the stones were well protected during shipping. They look exactly as shown. I am new to this type of beauty tool, but they are working great. They are smooth and when used on the face as directed, you can feel the little knots in your face muscles smooth out. I tried them along my jawline and found lots of little knots I am working on smoothing out too. I use coconut oil as my oil of choice with my stones. So if you were going to purchase these type of stones, don't hesitate. They do work!!!

Lovely piece of jade 4.25" long x 1.25 one end x .75 other end. There is no company name attached, as is shown, making it more attractive in my estimation. The edges are perfectly smoothed to provide for a comfortable scrape, feels very nice!The eBook was not included in the package, of course, but was attached to an email letter I found sent from the company. The eBook is amazing with more info than I will ever need, and there is important information on the proper care of the tool. Very impressive, I am very pleased!

Really good tool to remove knots around the arm and leg areas. It has help me remove a stubborn knot in my upper arm area. I use this tool with lotion though so it will easily glide on the target area over and over.

I am very happy with this hand held massage tool. My Chiropractor uses tools to loosen up the muscles in my neck, shoulders and forearms. Now I can do most of these areas myself while at home and more often. I am very happy with it. I can also work on the bottom of my feet to decrease plantar fasciitis pain.
