I was diagnosed with spinal issues years ago but have used back exercises to manage the flare ups of pain. I also get muscle spasms about once a year. 2 years ago, I started a business out of my home. I am constantly bending over, sitting on the floor, or sitting a computer all of which can cause me tremendous pain at any moment.I have a family member that has back issues as well. She recently purchases a new couch with a lumbar support pillow that she couldn't stop talking about. I decided since I wasn't getting a new sofa, to try just a regular lubar support pillow. This one was affordable and had decent reviews so I decided to give it a try.I leave it attached to my chair during the day so when I do get a chance to sit, it is there. Not only is the pressure I feel when I lean back on it soothing to my back, it also forces me to keep good posture. I find myself straightening my shoulders and tightening my abs. I also find that I continue to maintain this posture as I get up and do other tasks. I know from past experience that strengthening my core will also continue to help keep my back strong.I have also found it useful to use for my neck. It is great to support your head while watching tv or at night while sleeping. I sometimes bunch my pillow up or prop another pillow under my pillow to get an arch to support my neck. This does the trick without having to make my own makeshift support.The mesh cover is comfortable, breathable, and machine washable. The memory foam seems high quality so I have no worries of the roll going flat. I would highly recommend this lumbar support roll to anyone with back or neck pain or even headaches.

Overall, I liked this lumbar support pillow a lot. I find it to be firm but not hard and uncomfortable. I use it mainly in the car while driving and it provides nice support for my lower back during my very long commute (90+ minutes one way). The mesh cover of the pillow is not the softest I've ever felt, but I wouldn't say it's scratchy either. It has a zipper on the underside, which I assume is so that you can take the pillow insert out of the cover. I attempted to take the pillow out to see how difficult it would be, but gave up because it was, in fact, difficult and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get the pillow back in. I think this could be resolved if the zipper just opened a bit further. My only other criticism is of the box that the pillow comes in. The packaging looks clean and professional, but on the box it is referred to as a "lumber roll" when it should be "lumbar." This error really takes away from the professionalism of the company in my opinion. But otherwise, the product itself is good.

It arrived just in one day and in such a nice package. It can be a really good gift to family member or friends. I had very terrible back pain for almost one year after delivering my daughter, and this little lumber pillow really help and give my lumber support. After sitting on the office chair for a day, I always feel hurt and the hurt even can continually till the next day. After using the pillow, I feel the pain is not that terrible and it getting better and better. And When I wake up in the morning, I can not feel the continually dis-comfortableness. I recommend this to my mom, since she always complain about lumber pain. And I am thinking to buy an additional one the I can put that in my car. Driving back pain always a big concern for me, by using thing support lumber pillow, I think I can drive little bit longer. Just remember to clip the coupon, It works! I purchased this for my car as I spend so much time in it. Unfortunately it did not properly fit my Prius seat, making me more uncomfortable than without. That said, with the right fit, I could see this working well. It is well made, very firm, and the elastic is long enough and adjustable to go over a variety of chairs and seats. (The item I am revupieweing is like a roll made of memory foam and elastic Velcro straps, not the flatter molded piece often pictured with this...no idea why the two pics for very different items)

I’m reading these reviews now that I’ve had this for a couple of weeks and I’m shocked at the amount of people strapping it to their chair. F that - wear it like a backwards Fanny pack so you can take comfort everywhere you go. It’s also easier to adjust this way. I have my first herniated disc and sitting has been a nightmare, but I work at a computer and I also like gaming. This is the only thing that allows me to sit for several hours without discomfort. I usually start out with it placed at my lower back, then over time I move it up and down to gain more comfort. Also, if we all start walking around with this new fashion statement, we can then start identifying each other in public and start a back-pain cult to take over the world

This is not contoured to a chair back, it's just a round tube shaped bolster with a strap on it. Which would be fine if it was longer, but you can't use it as a bolster because it's too short. I didn't find it comfortable on a chair either, because it flops around due to not being the right shape to stay in place and the strap is too long for a small office chair and is non adjustable. The materials are good.

I spend most of my days sitting in front of a computer for work, with decently bad posture. After having continuous days leading into months of lower back pain I decided to bop around the internet and a lot of people were recommending a lumbar pillow. I ordered this one, it arrived quickly and in good condition. I noticed after using it the first day my lower back did have some relief but the biggest thing for me was that it helps me self-correct my posture, which I think as I continue to use it will be the biggest benefit. The material seems like it will be easy to clean and the buckle seems quite sturdy and the stretchy-ness of it makes it fit pretty much any chair you need it to.
