I was diagnosed with spinal issues years ago but have used back exercises to manage the flare ups of pain. I also get muscle spasms about once a year. 2 years ago, I started a business out of my home. I am constantly bending over, sitting on the floor, or sitting a computer all of which can cause me tremendous pain at any moment. I have a family member that has back issues as well. She recently purchases a new couch with a lumbar support pillow that she couldn't stop talking about. I decided since I wasn't getting a new sofa, to try just a regular lubar support pillow. This one was affordable and had decent reviews so I decided to give it a try. I leave it attached to my chair during the day so when I do get a chance to sit, it is there. Not only is the pressure I feel when I lean back on it soothing to my back, it also forces me to keep good posture. I find myself straightening my shoulders and tightening my abs. I also find that I continue to maintain this posture as I get up and do other tasks. I know from past experience that strengthening my core will also continue to help keep my back strong. I have also found it useful to use for my neck. It is great to support your head while watching tv or at night while sleeping. I sometimes bunch my pillow up or prop another pillow under my pillow to get an arch to support my neck. This does the trick without having to make my own makeshift support. The mesh cover is comfortable, breathable, and machine washable. The memory foam seems high quality so I have no worries of the roll going flat. I would highly recommend this lumbar support roll to anyone with back or neck pain or even headaches.

Overall, I liked this lumbar support pillow a lot. I find it to be firm but not hard and uncomfortable. I use it mainly in the car while driving and it provides nice support for my lower back during my very long commute (90+ minutes one way). The mesh cover of the pillow is not the softest I've ever felt, but I wouldn't say it's scratchy either. It has a zipper on the underside, which I assume is so that you can take the pillow insert out of the cover. I attempted to take the pillow out to see how difficult it would be, but gave up because it was, in fact, difficult and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get the pillow back in. I think this could be resolved if the zipper just opened a bit further. My only other criticism is of the box that the pillow comes in. The packaging looks clean and professional, but on the box it is referred to as a "lumber roll" when it should be "lumbar." This error really takes away from the professionalism of the company in my opinion. But otherwise, the product itself is good.

It arrived just in one day and in such a nice package. It can be a really good gift to family member or friends. I had very terrible back pain for almost one year after delivering my daughter, and this little lumber pillow really help and give my lumber support. After sitting on the office chair for a day, I always feel hurt and the hurt even can continually till the next day. After using the pillow, I feel the pain is not that terrible and it getting better and better. And When I wake up in the morning, I can not feel the continually dis-comfortableness. I recommend this to my mom, since she always complain about lumber pain. And I am thinking to buy an additional one the I can put that in my car. Driving back pain always a big concern for me, by using thing support lumber pillow, I think I can drive little bit longer. Just remember to clip the coupon, It works! I've been taking it with me everywhere until quarantine started. Now I sit at home on the couch with it. It's super comfortable. It's squishy, so you can get it into the right shape to fit your lower back, but also provided firm support. It's especially helpful in the car! I hurt my back a while ago and have been in pain despite ice and heat. I got this pillow, and boom! No more pain. The only thing is I wish the pillow was a little longer. It also has a belt that you can fasten around your waist or around the chair, or use as a carrying handle.

It's not a bad product. It does help with keeping your posture right. It's not as firm as I would like and it's a little smaller than I thought it would be. It's good to use when you sit in a patio chair since they dont have good support.

This is not contoured to a chair back, it's just a round tube shaped bolster with a strap on it. Which would be fine if it was longer, but you can't use it as a bolster because it's too short. I didn't find it comfortable on a chair either, because it flops around due to not being the right shape to stay in place and the strap is too long for a small office chair and is non adjustable. The materials are good.

I put this is my car which is a Prius and I love it! The bands you use to strap it to the seat are stretchy so it can fit most seats and its easy to adjust it. The only problem I have with it is that sometimes it will twist around and the zippier will hit your back and be uncomfortable. Other than that it has relieved my back pain and maid driving in the car a lot more comfortable. It doesn't get super hot in the car either. Also it is pretty squishy which I like but I know some people may want something more firm so keep that in mind.

The adjustable strap is the key feature of this product in my mind. It's convenient to use on virtually any chair in my house and works nicely in my car as well. The cushion provides good lumbar support without being too rigid. The foam doesn't offer a huge amount of resistance, so I do imagine that if you're much larger than myself (6 foot, 185lbs), that the benefit you might notice from this cushion would be reduced. It would simply flatten a little too easily to be useful. For my size and purposes however, this has worked out to be a good purchase and an effective way to get through working hours around the house.
