PPG Industries 24 Aquapel Windshield/Glass Water Repellant Treatments

This is by far the best solution for a window treatment. It outperforms Rain X by I would say 4-5 times.The first time I applied this it lasted about 4 months but the second time it lasted over 6 months. It will depend how long on where you live and how much you still use your wipers as using them will reduce how long it lasts. I prefer not to use my wipers at all and the heavier it rains the better it performs. I will find that when there is a heavy rain people slow down considerably because they can't see however I can see great and get frustrated because everyone is going slow around me. It does not completely eliminate the need for wipers though as when you go slower than say 35 mph I would say use your wipers or when it is a light mist or trucks are kicking up road mist you would still need your wipers.Don't hesitate. This is a great product.

I’ve used this product for 15-20years on both my personal cars and my clients vehicles. It will last about 6-12months depending on your location.It helps with snow and ice removal, if you live in those climates. I live in New England. But more importantly it helps water fly off your windshield! It’s basically a ceramic coating for glass 👍🏻

If you like how rain-x that makes the water bead up and roll off your window you’ll love this. Used it for years at my job as a service we offered, all the employees and owner use it on their own cars. It last longer than the rain-x and does work well with there washer fluid. One applicator is supposed to do your windshield but after getting a good coating on it I stretch it as far as I can on the other windows (they won’t need as much for them) I’m ordering it from amazon because my distributor started sending a similar looking product call trico view, they said it was the same product...it’s not, first off aquapell doesn’t make my nose burn if I breath near it.

Not the first time I've used Aquapel on my vehicles, which is how I knew to search for it and buy it. LOVE this product. Helps keep my windshield from smearing, fogging, and being hard to see out of in heavy rain. Plus it helps in the winter with making the ice come off easier! We put it on every vehicle and tell all our friends about it!

Works like magic. Water beads tightly and literally flys off of your windshield when driving. Super easy to apply. Quality product. Can’t comment on full longevity just yet but it’s held up for a month now without an ounce of fading.

Terrific product and a good value due to quantity in this listing, really does work and repel water. Where your windshield wiper doesn't wipe does tend to still attract droplets if you don't wipe it down to remove dust, dirt, etc, and the product does leave a slight oily film which becomes less noticeable with time (even after following the application instructions), but this is well worth it in my opinion.

Love this product. I usually would get this product installed on my car by beauty car specialist. It would cost $24.95 + taxes for each application. This time I decided to do it on my own. It's easy to apply and for far less money, in the end I save and get the same product. It really repels water and snow. I find that if I can see clearer on the road, this is an added safety feature...bonus. :)

Apply twice a year, once right before raining season obviously. Helps moderately with snow and ice buildup, does make washer nozzles and wipers more effective in snowing conditions. One applicator treats one normal windshield. I prefer two applicators for my truck windshield but could get it done with just one. Not worth using on other glass as a simple sealant like Klasse All In One on the side and back are just as effective.Prices on Amazon change frequently. Unless you buy hundreds, Amazon has been the best price I have found. Calculate out price per applicator for each of the vendors and quantity options, more is not always cheaper. I usually buy a dozen or two (for friends, family, and co-workers) and this time these guys had the best orice in the 24 pack. You should be able to find them around $3.75 each.
