Before anything I’d like to say I’m a consumer of steel supplements. I love ADA Bolic, and rested Af. However supplement did absolutely nothing for me or my brother we both tried it with carbs and directed before and after workout and had no success or saw any difference. Tried it more then a few times with out any pre workout or any other supplement so it’s fair enough this was a complete waist of money for me.I wish I would of tried a sample first. Definitely will continue to try out other supplements by Steel but don’t waist your money on this one.
