Mimolette is a hard cheese with a natural rind eaten by the cheese mites which gives it this beautiful orange look. - Ingredients: Pasteurised cow's milk (contains lactose and casein), salt, lactic and acid starters, rennet, annatto.

Glad the FDA allows this to be imported again
Very tasty. Apparently it pairs well with cantaloupe while resembling one as well but I haven't tried that yet. I heard about this cheese from a Richard Gere movie titled "The Dinner". It's sweet and mild and visually pleasing with a deep orange glow. Not sure if I'll repurchase this type given the infinite types of cheese out there but I will reuse this vendor at some point. They overnight everything and keep to that promise. A great experience all around.

An excellent French cheese
I've always wanted to try Mimolette cheese, especially because it was banned in the USA for many years. This is a very delicious cheese, with a flavor somewhere between cheddar and gouda. I will definitely buy this again.
