Feelfree Angler Paddle Camo

I ave one of these that I got with a kayak I bought used, I ordered another one fir a buddy of mine, it came from Austin kayak Co, the first one came and it was very lose where the snap pin locks the two pieces together , I own seven other paddles ,Werner’s, bending branches, all very tight ,I sent it back,I told them in the return notes of the problem, they sent another after getting my returned paddle., but didn’t even check the second one to make sure it was ok, same problem with the second one. I reached out to customer. Service and they checked each of the ones they had, each had the same factory defect, the rep was kind of a turd, he said fir me to pack it back up and haul it across town a second time with nothing more than I’m sorry, I ask for a refund and a little help with a BBAngler Classic , this is the second time I have bought from Austin kayak, problems on both purchases, never again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone,,,,,
