I bought this and used it for about a month before it broke on me the wheel turns but no longer skratches the flint i replaced the flint and no spark

The screw in the wheel isn’t self tightening so my wheel got stuck and constantly had to be screwed back in...mine didn’t leak just had problems closing it and the screw holding the wheel...
