The watch is great. I wear it to work and to also saltwater fishing regularly. The factory band tends to make it sit a little funny on my arm. Also, the band parts broke fairly quick. There is a small spring that pops out when the bar at the end of the band popped off. I fixed it the first time it happend, however the 2nd time it happened the spring shot off somewhere to never be found. Luminox warranties the watch, but not the wristband or parts which is a little wrong in my opinion. I could see there being issues with wristbands and abuse, however the piece that broke shouldn't have in my opinion.

I don't like rubber watch bracelets. That said, I very much like this watch. I have not taken it off since getting it. The simplicity and luminosity of the face are perfect, as are the size and light weight. I saltwater fish at night (in the surf) mountain bike, and work outdoors. I have watches far more costly (which I will don for dinner), but this is by far my favorite as far as everyday practicality. I cannot stress how light it is. For that reason I am pleased with the synthetic case.I was also concerned about the vials at even number increments rather than 3, 6, 9, 12, but I'm getting used to it.Also the bracelet has a nice width to it. I don't like narrow bracelets. This one is good.

I've always heard good things about Luminox so I had purchased one of these for my son over the holidays. He loved the look and fit, unfortunately the first time he wore it in the water, it took on moisture. I was with him and I checked the winding knob and everything was tight, so suspect bad seals. Last Luminox I will purchase; no where close to military grade.

The watch is aesthetically pleasing and functions well. The housing is made of some composite material and is very lightweight. It keeps good time and is comfortable to wear but it’s so light it seems it’s not even there. Im used to wearing something that is heavier so it takes some getting used to. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.Its not gonna get you laid or make you the envy of shallow people but it’s a decent watch for the price.

Like the watch. The face is a little smaller than Id like. I have huge hands/wrist

My son requested this watch for his birthday, and he seems to be happy with it! Seems sturdy enough to me and properly glows in the dark.

They boast about some magic night brightness, but that's not my experience at all. No matter what I do during the day, sun or no sun, I can't see the hands when it's dark!

This watch is a must have. Very durable and cost less then other brands, but the same if not better quality.
