Deluxe Aerial Yoga Hammock (Yoga Swing or Sling for Aerial Yoga) (Black)

I don't really like the term "swing"... it's more of a workout device, but whatever you call it, it is incredible for getting a really good workout. I have serious back problems and even I can use this to work out without causing damage to my vertebrae. It's like an inversion table with more uses. Our ceilings are REALLY high (16') and we had to do a little "rigging" to make it work where we want it, but it's FANTASTIC! It's very strong and I feel very secure using it. Even my 6'3"tall, 230 pound son can use it for an extended period of time without any issues. The instructions are terrible, but once you figure out how to cross mount it over the joists in the ceiling by using the attic, you definitely get the feeling that it's FAR more secure than something you screw into the drywall and cross your fingers... I ordered several to compare and this one is DEFINITELY the best one I've tried.

Awesome product. A lot of fun to use. I had to be creative when installing it in my living room. It works like a charm and the entire family loves to use it.
