Although I think it really worked. It made the outside of my hands feel really rough after applying it for about a week. But it was very calming when I smelled it.

The lavender oil really helps in falling sleep. I put it on my temples and on the wrists. Then I breathe in the lavender on my wrists. Really helos The tea tree oil is great for ulcers and blisters on your lips or inside your mouth. It in healing. The roll on makes it so easy to apply..

Love this! my daughter loves these lavender rollers to help her with anxiety and stress relief especially before cheer competitions. All her cheer friends use her roller on their wrists before each competition. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to feel calmer and relaxed. Long lasting.

It's okay. It smells nice
I was looking for a lavender roll on that was cooling but this one was not cooling but it does smell good. The bottle is pretty small for what I paid for it. I probably wouldn't buy again, but this one will last a long time.
