I ordered the necklace and it was very pretty, however it was not adjustable. So I contacted and they got back to me right away, great customer service and beautiful items!

It’s a very nice and well put together necklace. It’s also comfortable and does not scratch your neck. I don’t recall seeing the adjustable one and the one I got was the one that ties in the back. Unfortunately it does not stay tied and it keeps falling off. The tie is very slippery. I’m giving three stars for that reason alone. It would be perfect if it stayed tied on and I didn’t have to keep having someone retie for me.

A big note to possible buyers is that this is a NECKLACE, not a choker. That was my mistake when I realized this wasn't a choker, but it is still adorable and trendy. I love the shells, the only problem is that they can flip over very easily if not worn tighter as a choker, and it can take a while to getting used to the feeling. But other than that, its a simple value for a trendy item.

This necklace was very pretty, but I struggled to put it on because of it not having a securing aspect on it and it was far too long. I end up just tying it but that becomes loose in 15 minutes. I can't really wear it which is very sad because I love the look of it. I wouldn't recommend going with this one.

It is pretty BUT it continually falls off bc it will not statyed tied. Even a double-knot doesn't keep it on.

For the price and description it’s exactly what i was expecting. Good quality for the price.

At first glance I thought it was huge since I am a much smaller person, however, it fits well and it’s comfortable to wear for hours. The quality is good and it comes in a small baggie to place once you take it off. Overall great piece and I would recommend.

update: I have gotten a new necklace as a gift from customer service and I have to say it is much better and adjustable.The only thing that bothers me is that the tie that u can adjust is kind-of scratchy and makes my neck feel uncomfortable. I gave this a 4 star
