केवल बीज हैं आलू बुखारा थोड़ा है
अपने देश के व्यापारियों की सबसे बड़ी समस्या बेइमानी है। वही इनके उत्पाद में भी दिखी। आलू बुखारा में थोड़ा सा गूदा और बाकी सब बीज भरे हुए हैं। ऐसा लगता है कि कुछ और बनाने के बाद जो बीज बचे हैं उस को यह इस प्रकार बेच रहे हैं। जैसे क्रीम निकला हुआ दूध अमेरिका में पहले फेंक दिया जाता था बाद में वही दूध लो टोन दूध के नाम से बेचा जाने लगा।
