It began when I heard what sounded like rats or elephants scampering in the ceiling of my lounge. Then in the early hours of a morning I started being woken by earnest rustlings close by my bed. Evidence of chewed papers and a ruined sweater indicated that the mouse was finding its way right into my bedroom! It proved too wily to fall for the humane trap I left out for it and yet I hadn't the heart to kill the little tyke..I resorted instead to this PestBye advanced mouse repeller after reading several dismal reviews of similar devices. This ones reviews seemed marginally better at least; that this was the number one best seller suggested that this model was the way to go.Since placing it at the 'heart' of my modest victorian two bedroom semi a couple of weeks ago I've not heard so much as a squeak or a stirring either upstairs nor down. The settings which I used according to the instructions were: Pitch fixed; Output continuous; Frequency low. Its effectiveness was immediate!So now that those pesky rodents have fled the building and all has been quiet for a couple of weeks I think maybe now I might try the high frequency setting to see whether it might be as effective on my thriving community of bathroom spiders; the old wives' tale of placing conkers as a spider deterrent having proven so laughably futile!

If I could give this product more than five stars I would. I have had a mouse in my kitchen for weeks, have set traps and nothing. I kept hearing it in a cupboard but every time I ran and opened the doors it was gone. This went on for weeks with me hearing but not seeing him.The FIRST day I plugged the repeller in I was sat in my living room, a rather lost mouse wanders right across infront of me with the lights on, this happened one more time then the mouse was never seen again.I was highly dubious about this product but I figured I would give it a go as I prefer humane methods and keeping the mice out would be loads easier than trapping them. Would say to anyone that this product is worth the money, it might seem expensive but it works.

I have a mouse trap and I kill one every 2-3 days. I plugged this in using an extension cord at the rear of the garage. I placed it on the baseboard facing my car. So in theory the sound waves travel the center of the garage and hit the front door and cover the car.I am in the process of using steel wool to reinforce any possible entry points, but as of now just my mouse trap and this ultrasonic repeller is on.No more mice eating peanut butter! I doubt I killed them all so this device must work to assist my efforts of ridding these pests. I don't expect this to work 100% but for now the kill rates have dropped. Thank you.

I have had problems with rats over the last 24 months. I have used so many glue traps and rat poison worth about £100 to eliminate the rats - but they still kept coming back. However, I came across this product by accident - and decided to give it a try. To my utmost surprise since buying this about six weeks ago - all the rats seem to have dissappeared to my greatest relief.So to everyone who doubt the effectiveness of this product, believe me - this product works. This is the first time in a very long time (at least in the last four weeks) I have not found any trace of rats or mice in my house in the last two years.

We'd seen a mouse in the house on two occasions and there was evidence of activity in the loft. Local authority pest controller laid bait and on subsequent visits the mice had obviously taken the bait and then were no longer taking the bait. Therefore, we assume they have died. The pest controller was not allowed to leave the bait in place after his final visit, so we tried this product in the hope that it would discourage further mouse incursions. No sign of any mouse activity since plugging in the devices two weeks ago, so we're hopeful that they are working.

The product has arrived without damage. I started to use it last night and I literally did not get any bites from bed bugs. Not sure how it works in the long-term run, so I will keep following up in the next couple of months. The price is a bit more expensive than other brands, the quality is definitely worth it though. I have tried different these kinds of products to kill my home bed bugs ( most of them have a cheaper price ), but they did not work well at all. I will give hope on this product, and keep giving another review in a couple of months later.

I really have noticed a difference with this product. I live in the country and have a lot of problems with mice in my kitchen. I have this plugged in my kitchen and haven't seen any signs of them for a few days now. I do recommend having more then 1 device especially if you have a larger house since sometimes the little pests locate to a new location in your house. I also have noticed no spiders or flies of any kind. Very simple to use just plug it in and choose if you want it on electromagnetic or ultrasonic.

Not sure about this as there were some adverse reviews, but I thought I'd give it a try, as I was troubled by a few ants in the kitchen. not an infestation but maybe a dozen or twenty sometimes in the morning.Now been in use, totally silently,no clicks, for six weeks and have not seen one ant since. Last week had a big influx in the conservatory, which I get every summer. I moved this device in there overnight, not an ant to be seen now.Will certainly be gerring another one.
