Brush arrived attractively packed in its box. Problem is the brush was pushed up against the top of its box, resulting in an almost 90 degree bend to the top third of the bristles. Nothing I’ve tried has corrected this. Definitely cannot use the brush now for any detail work. Will use it for washes. So disappointing. I have their #1 mop brush with the pink handle and love it, so was eagerly looking forward to this #3 size. Very disappointing.

The brush is probably is amazing, but it arrived in a damaged box and the brush is really bent. I am going to try conditioning it and straightening it out. Just really bummed at the condition it arrived in.
