i put the model of my machine in the search bar and this item came up, after paying for it, it came up with the compatible models, not suitable for my machine, cancelled order immediately, by the time the company had read my email it had been processed so i had to receive the part return it at my expense then wait for the refund. took to long for refund.

Spot on. 30 minutes and your done! Hopefully will last longer than the 18months the last one did. Only problem is the dryer terrifies the cat :) you will need to read a how too on how to remove the side panel before hand though. but if you have a screwdriver that's all you need

after browsing the web i finally decided to buy this item because it was a third of the cost of the others i had seen. does the job superb, and has stated at a fraction of the cost of a hotpoint brand etc. thanks !!!

Well packaged, delivered in good time, perfect condition, i was in the process of repairing the sister in laws drier, ordered all the parts, but the impatient lass was bought a new one by her daughter before the parts arrived. Give Qualtex top marks, i had no problems returning the unit for a full refund..top company...11/10
