Love this
We have loved this machine. It seems easier to clean than the last one we owned. Avoiding seed oils is much more important that we had thought, so we are air frying much more with this.

We've been using it since the day we got it from the mailbox.
We had a small air fryer for smaller servings of things like onion rings, sweet potato fries, salmon burgers (which we use more like salmon fritters), and steaks. That was fine when I was making my steak and onion rings lunch, but not so great for when we needed to cook for my husband, too. We needed a larger fryer to handle meals for the two of us at once. I wanted to try roasting a chicken in the air fryer, to see how that would turn out. It was the first thing we tried once we got the Innsky cleaned and set up on the counter. The chicken turned out perfect--succulent moistness, with just enough browning of the skin to make it crispy. Two big steaks? No problem! Toss your steaks into a skillet set at hellfire, flip to char the other side, put them on a grill accessory thingie that we bought separately and two minutes a side later, perfectly medium rare steaks. We reheated leftover coconut shrimp after that, and yum! Turned out perfect, no rubbery breading from a microwave, no overheating our house from turning on the conventional oven or using the stove to reheat. If you like to cook bigger meals in your fryer, this is definitely a good option. HUGE capacity, enough to cook a whole chicken (up to around 5 pounds), pot roast, personal pizzas, the aforementioned basket of coconut shrimp (around 15?), meat loaf (I have some old mini loaf pans that are deeper than the modern stuff--perfect for the air fryer!), small casseroles, and more, then this is the air fryer for you.We made room on our utility room shelf to store it when we weren't using it, but it's never been out of use long enough to go there. We probably use it 3 times a week, and it holds up great, cleans up easy. I handwash the basket thingies, and there is a bit of a learning curve with getting around the slots on the sides of the inner basket. Once you get the hang of it, though, it wipes down fast and dries fast, too.I recommend getting an accessory set to extend the uses you can get out of this air fryer, and open up more possibilities for what to do with it. I use a cake pan from the set I got as a small casserole pan for the husband and me. It makes the right amount for the two of us, with just enough extra for leftovers that we can both have for lunch the next day.

Great buy, great value, great product!
I’m in love with this fryer. It’s the first one I ever had, and I just ordered another one to use at my mom’s house for when I’m there...that’s how inexpensive and awesome it is. It has a large capacity basket, so you can make large amounts at a time. It’s very powerful. All the recipes give recommended times for cooking, but this fryer cooks them in even less time than those. I’ve made raw potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, and other items that normally take an hour to roast in an oven, in less than 15 minutes! And they come out better tasting, crispy, look better and are evenly browned all around, not just on top. You drizzle or spray a very little amount of oil on the food for better taste and texture, but there’s no more unhealthy deep frying...yet you get the deep fry taste. French fries are amazing. Everything is so quick and easy and really tastes good. It’s not heavy, it’s easy to use, it’s very easy to clean. Also, the price for the large capacity one is amazing. I was surprised at how well it works, and how much it holds, considering how inexpensive it is. I use it every day...I don’t know how I ever lived without it!

Glad we have it but handle lever is wonky.
Pros: I cook almost everything in it, it does a good job heating frozen pre-made things like chic nuggets/hash brown patties/fries/bisccuits and then bacon and meats and I use chibata rolls and pour egg over them and top with chees and makes a nice goldened, crisped breakfast type sandy. It’s also very quick, not having to use oil, and it’s easy to wipe out. I clean it with water only after greasy things or every so often. Ormally just shake crumbs out and maybe take a paper towel and quick wipe.Cons for this one: The handle lever that locks basket into place is wonky just like I’d read in a review before getting it. I held off writing a review because I wasn’t sure it would hold up past a use or two, it has, but it just seems flawed. I prefer no one else deal with it because I’m afraid they’ll break it. I know the touch. We are glad we have it, that’s for sure, and I wouldn’t get a smaller one. This one fits s pie tin in its diameter (it’s not bigger than that though)and works for 2 people nicely. If you’re feeding more you’re likely looking at a couple batches.

Fantastic Air Fryer and Exceptional Customer Service
I spent a LOT of time researching Air Fryers before deciding on this one. And I'm glad I did! I have loved this Air Fryer from the first day I used it. The tray capacity is big enough for my family. It cooks quickly (without heating up the kitchen) and is simple to use and clean. I air fry all kinds of proteins (chicken breasts, pork loins and chops, steaks, you name it.) And my family likes air-fried frozen French fries even better than deep fried. Win!But the most impressive part for me was the Customer Service. After I used the AF a couple of times I noticed the tray was difficult to slide into the machine -- it would stick on one side and take multiple tries to get it lined up correctly. It still worked perfectly, but was frustrating to use. I contacted customer service and they replaced the entire machine within days!!! I highly recommend this product, both for the function and the service.

Good Product and Easy to Use
It is my first Air Fryer. I am happy so far. It is easy and fast cooking. After received Air Fryer, I tried many things from roots types of Vegetables, Chicken Wings and Drumsticks, Shimpes, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Pork Ribes, etc. Vegetables are great. Chichen Wings and Drumsticks are easy cooking and excellent. Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes are east cooking. Port Ribes is the only one that less satisfies because it was too dry. Maybe I need to figure out how to cook it. In general, this Air Fryer is a good helper and worth to buy. I do recommend it.
