Good Quality

P5P is a form of Vitamin B6 that the body can readily absorb.I bought a supply of this and put it in the freezer becausethe evil FDA wants to ban it from being sold in order to let thedrug companies call it a drug and make moneyfrom it. P5P (B6) is powerful stuff!

Great suppliment and my feet no longer tingle
I've suffered with tingling feet at night for 2 years with no doctor being able to find the cause. One one of my blood test it indicated that I was love in Vitamin B6. I did some research and discover that this product contained some additional minerals that weren't present present in many B6 supplements. (Neurosurgeon recommend this combination).After a few weeks, the tingling began to lessen. Now after taking Vital Nutrients I barely notice my tingling feet at night.Great Product!

Cures trigger finger
This cured my trigger finger. It took about 6 months but it worked. It also worked for a friend of mine. Way betterthan surgery. It also got rid of a ganglion cyst that was on the palm of my hand that was below my ring finger.Seems to help any hand issue I run into. I play guitar as a part time job and this has saved me many times.

Seemed a bit expensive
I like the brand, I am still using their magnesium supplements and very happy with those. However I found the same product at my local health food store (from a brand I trust as well) for half the price at double the dose.Other than the cost issue, I felt it was a good product.
