Right out of the box they didn’t work. I plugged them in to my phone and they did not work at all. The controls on the headphones didn’t work and the music was playing through the speaker on my phone and not the earbuds. I ordered a replacement pair, so I’ll either add to this review later with how bad they are or change my review because maybe I just got a bad pair. Let’s see how this goes.

Terrible! The earphones did not work at all with my daughters iphoneX. She learned to not trust the Star rating without reading the reviews. 90% of the 4-5 star reviews are not for the earbud product, which gave the product a high star rating!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Annoying when junk arrives.Wasting everyone's time.Do yourself a favor and avoid.

I couldn't get any of my iphones to recognize these earbuds and they didn't work. Returned and decided to try a replacement set and those didn't work either. Not going to try a third time.

I wouldn’t give this any stars if I had the option. I bought two pairs. The first I figured were damaged, I get it, it happens. I received this pair and these don’t work either. Completely frustrating.

Does not work. Completely ripped me off. They don’t even play through the headphones, and there’s some weird blue strip around the end of it?? The wires are all bent and messed up so annoyed don’t fall for these

My headphones does not work like that and they broke by the end. Once i plug it into my phone they mess up and I just got them in today
