Juno Blu "Esalen" Breast Pump Bag, Black Lizard

I initially wasn't a fan of this bag because with my Medela cooler inside, the bag was too wide and the straps didn't fit comfortably on my shoulder. But I started using the included freezer packs and just storing my pumped bottles in the insulated side pocket to take from the office fridge to home and ever since, I no longer need the cooler bag. Now I'm a huge fan of the bag as it has space for all my work bag and pumping needs in one stylish tote. Love that it doesn't look like a pump bag. Love that I can just unzip the side and plug my pump into the wall. Love the interior pockets to keep my pumping bra, vitamins, and other items organized. Love the waterproof zipper bag for my pumping parts. The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 - Its weight - It's heavy but that's understandable for a bag designed to carry everything you need including stuff you'd normally carry in your purse or briefcase PLUS your pumping gear. Also the lack of outside pockets isn't ideal. But there's enough room on the side pocket with the pump to store my phone and my keys can be easily clipped to one of the strap rings. Also, I've had the bag less than two months and the material near the bottom looks a little worn in places but not bad enough to deduct another star. If it material gets much worse though, I may have to update my review. Only other issue would be the price. I would have liked the price to be lower since I could have purchased a second pump to keep at work for less than the price of the bag. But for the convenience of an all-in-one bag that is fashionable, this bag can't be beat. Great customer service too. I couldn't decide between this bag and another Juno Blu bag and emailed customer service a few times. The woman who responded was great about answering what would fit in one bag versus the other and even sent me pictures to demonstrate her point. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer.

I am really happy with my purchase of the Juno Blu Esalen bag! It has even more space than I expected, and is perfect as a bag for me to carry everything I need to work - my pump, my purse, and even my computer. I like that it has the ice packs so that I can transport my milk home cooled, but the cooler compartment doesn't take up too much space. I also really appreciate that it comes with the removable bag to put on the inside - I can put all my pumping supplies in that bag and pull it out when it's time to pump, so that I don't have to go digging through the bag for all the parts. Very well thought out! I only have two (very small) things that I've found where the bag could improve: first, I wish the liner around the pump compartment were just a tad bigger - I find that when I put my computer in, if the liner could go down just a little deeper into the corner around the pump, it would allow for my computer to better slide into the large compartment of the purse. My other improvement is on the zipper. I tried to put my lunch box in my purse the other day to save another hand, and when I zipped it up, the zipper pulled apart. This is more my fault than anything, as the purse was too full (almost bulging), but I think with a higher quality zipper, this wouldn't be an issue at all. Overall, I think this bag is the best option on the market for a pumping/working mom!Updated 11/2015 - unfortunately, after just 3 months of use, I've had two of the zippers completely break. I love the bag, except for the zippers... I'm going to have to move my review from 5 down to 4 stars. Juno Blu, consider zippers that are longer lasting for lots of use - the ones currently on the bag are pretty but not long lasting!

I purchased the black Juno Blu "Esalen" bag on August 4, 2015. I was returning to work after maternity leave and wanted a bag I could use as a purse and pumping bag since I didn't want to carry a million bags with me to and from the office and home. I thought, "this is perfect as it has an area for a cooler, a separate bag for pump parts, and a space for my Spectra 9+". I used the bag for two weeks and noticed that the black dye was staining my hands, shoulders, and clothing every time I used it. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a different bag (with apologies) that has a cloth exterior that is a slate grey.I have used the bag everyday since they sent a replacement in September of 2015. I pump 3xs a day and in the 7 months I've been using the bag I have become more disappointed and frustrated with it each day. If you see the attached photo you'll notice my #1 issue is the zipper. The center zipper has to be gently handled in order for it to behave as a zipper should, and if you don't zip it slowly, with little/no tension (ie: having anything in the bag) the zipper refuses to close. Additionally, there are threads coming loose at almost every place there is a seam, and the plastic "leather" handles and zip tags have been shedding their exteriors for the last 3 months.I spent almost $200 on this bag and I would expect to be able to use it for at least the 9 months I was planning on pumping at work. This is my second bag from this company that I've had issues with so when/if I decide to have another child I do not intend to use this company going forward when trying to reach my breastfeeding/pumping goals while working.
