Even though I wanted a white frame, and thought I was getting a white frame, I really like it. Its a subtle silver finihs, painted silver, but subdued, pretty, and classy. (And affordable!) I had broken a nursery frame that said me and my daddy, and it held a picture of my husband holding our son, sitting next to his own dad. I love LOVED that frame, but it was definitely more for a nursery. I couldn't find that frame online, so I chose this, which is a more grown up frame, even though ti still has that daddy and me message, but it's pretty subtle compared to the frame I had before. Considering my son is now 16, I think it's appropriate that we advance the maturity of the frame :)

This is a lovely frame but unfortunately not very durable. It was knocked over once and the wood cracked open. I purchased another to replace it
