Hi Marco Velasquez,This servo driver is product ID# 815 with reverse polarity protection on the terminal block input.

Does it come with a manual or some information for configure it and how to set the pwm by I2C??

There is no manual included. There is infomation available on the manufacturers website on how to connect it to an Arduino microcontroller module or to a Raspberry Pi module. Go to www.adafruit.com an search for model # 815, there will be tutorials and documentation available.

Can this operate small solenoids?
