I initially received what I can only look back on as a production error and they rectified it immediately. After my initial review the business reached out and dove deeper to figure out all issues I reported. I immediately received my money back. Not only that, passionate as they are they sent me a replacement unit free of charge that the checked personally against all aspects I reported. I started using my Barrington Watch Winder about 3 months ago. In that time, it's lived up to all expectations and then some. I ordered the walnut color - the build quality and color are exceptionally well done, and fits in well with other pieces on my nightstand. It's very quiet - if there's a fan running in the room you can't hear it at all. All in all, I've been very happy with the Barrington, and I'm looking forward to daisy-chaining another winder when I have another watch to house in it!

A great looking and functioning product with the appropriate settings for different watch brands and models. No cover, so watch will be exposed to the air and dust, but otherwise perfect.
