The whole set is just great!!!
This company knows how to make superior no-salt spice blends! I shake on meat, potatoes, veggies, pasta...really fragrant and delicious. Really worth the extra cost.

Amazing tastes!
The best substitutes for a low sodium diet I can imagine! We got a sample from my Cardiologist, and loved it! This pack contains some very yummy flavors that eliminate the desire for salt! I used to add lots of salt to everything I ate! Since my recovery from cardiac arrest, and my Cardiologist's recommendations for life change, this is a super great way to get rid of extra salt from your diet!!!

The salt substitute is nice. It is good to have a replacement that isn't potassium chloride. I am still adjusting to the other seasonings, deciding how to best use them. I am pleased with the thought process that went into this for those who cannot eat salt and still want flavor in their food.

Salt Substitute?
This product does not "taste" like salt to me. It does have a taste that adds something to food, but I am not sure exactly what that taste is. I have only tried the salt version and have hopes that the other little bottles will really add taste to other foods. My main complaint would be the cost of the product and the outrageous cost of the shipping. They require one price for shipping 3 bottles, but for four bottles you have to double the shipping cost. It has to be ordered in groups of three, when it seemed to me that shipping 4 or 5 or even six would not really cause an increase in shipping. I am still looking for a salt substitute and hope I will eventually find one. Until then, I will use this product but it is not really a salt taste.
