I wanted a simple veil for my wedding. David's Bridal was selling their veils for $$$. I didn't want to spend all that money on a veil I felt will take the attention from my dress so decided to make my own. I bought a soft glitter tulle to use with this horsehair braid and it came out perfectly! I received sooooooooooooo many compliments. It was also very easy to use/make.. took me maybe 30 min total in the end. Saved so much money and I was so much more happier.

This is a great value and the quality was good. I ordered 50 yards. I added this to a full formal gown. When I was done It didnt appear I had a substantial amount left. I measured the dress and I had used approximately 10 yards (30 ft) I measured the remaining and I had 14 yards left. This equates to only receiving approximately 24 yards not 50 yards. I called Amazon customer service and since I couldnt return and reorder they offered me a credit on my account for $10. I'm happy with the resolution, however you may want to verify the your order after you receive it. Possibly the package was cut for 25 yards and labeled as 50 yards? Just a heads up.

I am learning to use this product and really like it. I am unsure if the end is meant to shed so badly but other than that it works.

Masks for singer's stick out 4-5 inches from the face to allow space for breath and need to have some stiffening so that they don't collapse. The 3" wide horsehair braid was perfect to use for this purpose. I highly recommend it.

It’s synthetic horsehair. Has the stretchy-flexy action you need. It’s a pretty straightforward purchase. Not much to say. The fold curves ironed out easily on a low iron setting with a layer of fabric over it. It was easy to sew with and helped the skirt have more lift.
