CRC3160 Ultra Lite 3-36 Ultra Thin Non Staining Lubricant, 11 oz Aerosol Can, Amber

Works great keeps my tools clean and rust free, and doesn’t have that unfavorable smell like some other cleaning products.

This is what Leathernan recommends, so I got some. My Leathernan Raptor was getting surface rust due to frequent decon, but I haven't seen any since applying this product. It goes on wet and leaves a dry protective coating - exactly what I needed. I think a small can will last quite a while, and I've even started treating some of my co-worker's Raptors. So far we're all very pleased.

Works as described.

I just wish that it had better staying power without continued application.

I use to lube the rails on my cnc machine and it does the job. Will buy again.

I bought this to keep my tools from rusting and I have found it is awesome for numerous other things. I put it on my reloading dies and it is keeping them from rusting. My fridge drawers were hard to open and I put this on the slides and it made such a difference I almost pulled the drawer completely out it moved so freely. I used it on my table saw slides and since it dries up in a day or two it does not leave a mess that attracts dirt or debris.

10/30/2020 - I am a manufacturing company. I Will try and protect hand tools. Vices, weld tables, and steel floor with this. Just put it on thick today; sat, and will start using on tuesday. Letting it creep in everywhere and dry for two days. It seems to be what I need. When it wears off just re apply. Very thin so you won’t notice. Conductive and thin so it will ground for welding. I put sp350 on drill press that sits outside, that is marketed as much longer and tough corrosion resistance and stays wet. I still like the sound of this ultra lite because it actually dries to a thin film. We will see.

It works fine, but buy some rubber gloves since every can leaks when you spray it.
