HONEST REVIEW! So thankful I came across this, I thought it would be to good to be true. I suffer from Acid Reflux horribly. So much so I eat tums every single day multiple times a day ( I hate time btw) - a single drop of this and my reflux vanished. I’ll update review because I want to see how long it lasts and how often I’ll need to take the drop. But might I add that YES IT TASTES gross. But I’ll take that over the heartburn

I'm new to Essential Oils, learning as I go. Our daughter started learning and my wife (a nurse), and I started too out of curiosity. I saw a video or a write up somewhere on this while looking at different Essential Oil and blends, since the Lavender in the Diffuser help me relax and go to sleep, and Peppermint helps my wife to relax. So far we've only used oils in the Diffuser, not physically applying or ingesting. In the video or writing the person said they use this 1 drop under the tongue, so last night was the test. We had Tacos and like most foods I get Acid Reflux, and these days that spells pain since I have had Esophageal Cancer and the "cure" left a lot of damage behind. I hurt bad enough to be brave and take a chance, except it was more like 2 or 3 drops, I screwed up. This stuff tasted horrible, like Turpentine, smelled bad too coming from my mouth. I spit out the excess as my wife laughed then worried that it may do damage. Remember, she is a Nurse, but one that is pulling away more and more from the poison we call medicine. My first worry was my throat. Within minutes after the drops the Acid Reflux was gone! I had tried a stomach pill which truthfully never worked, but this stuff worked fast. So I'm writing this the next day and still no Acid Reflux, nor was it last night. I am just totally amazed at this. It does taste bad but that soon leaves and with that leaves the reflux. The only question I have is what took me so long to try this. From here on it, no more pills for Reflux, this worked perfectly and better with no side effects.

doTerra DigestZen has been very helpful controlling ulcerative colitis for me. It seems like I digest my food faster using this product. I say so because I've found that when I get bloated, I end up being constipated. Using this this product, I don't get bloated or constipated. This product also relieves bloating that is present for me. It also gets rid of stomach aches for me. I use this topically with 3-5 drops being rubbed around the center of my abdomen area. I believe it would be best if I used it daily as a regular routine but to be honest I just use it when I have bloating, a stomach ache or constipation. I was very skeptical that essential oils would work as I've mainly relied on Western medicine for my ulcerative colitis. I would encourage you to buy this product - even if you think essential oils and Eastern-homeopathic treatments seem like "hocus pocus". You will be very surprised that they do indeed work. I attribute this to essential oils being the purest form of natural medicine. Our society didn't always have Walgreens or Norvatis and Pfizer to sell and manufacture western medication. Before these amenities, natural remedies where passed down through generations and herbs and the like were gathered. I'd say that "witch doctors" just knew what herbs to combine to produce remedies for ailments. It's took bad they got a bad rap for using the resources of our earth to cure conditions of the human body.

This is my go-to item when I have an upset stomach (usually cuz I ate too much)! I just rub it on my tummy and my stomach will calm down. It also lasts a long time, as the last bottle I had lasted for several years and it was still effective! It's a bit expensive for such a small bottle, but I don't have to use that much for it to work, so that's why it lasts long for me. Also, I just carry it in my purse so it's always with me.

Love this for digestive issues! I rub it on my abdomen, then breathe through my hands for a couple minutes. No skin reactions, either. Good quality oil. Works wonders!

Usually when I read reviews.. I see so many people say how great something works and then I find out it’s useless. But this essential oil removes stomach pain within minutes. I use a higher concentration than what is advised.. about 4 drops in a small amount of fractionated coconut oil.. I rub that on the area that hurts and, I am telling you, within minutes, the pain is gone! This works for my fiancé as well.. we have used it for pain from gas, pain from constipation, mystery pain, etc and it worked in all cases. I hear that it works from simply smelling it but I have no noticed it working that way. I have also not taken it orally yet. I also use the ginger oil on my auxiliary lymph area when I have tenderness there and it seems to help but nothing as extraordinary as the DigestZen

Excellent for heart burn or stomach upset

Better than expected.

So, I was introduced to this brand, don’t ask me how, let’s just say “a friend”—and, naturally, I researched it like I was auditioning for the next season of Curb. All I can say is… pretty, pretty, pretty good. I like to rub it on my tummy after a nice shower—feels luxurious, sophisticated, borderline decadent. It’s almost like a spa day, except I’m standing in front of my mirror at 7am. Some people put this stuff in their hot water… or even in tea. Not gonna lie, I tried it. Whew! Too strong for this guy. Felt like my insides just did a yoga retreat and forgot to tell my taste buds. But here’s the kicker—it’s perfect if you’re plant-based or vegan. I mean, if you’re not, what are you even doing here? Go get a steak or something. For us enlightened ones, this is basically liquid gold. Would recommend. In fact, five stars. And if Larry David is reading this: “Eh, it could have been a little less strong… but otherwise, no complaints.
