Didn't quite fit but carbon is easy to resize.

Have had to cut the top springs down so that the spring makes full contact with the cap top. Still has issues. Chose another supplier for my Dremel 4000, and it works better.

Keeps my Dremel tool running like new and 3 pairs of these brushes make it affordable to change them when you're supposed to.

SHORT VERSION: Unusable. I would not want them even if they were free. Definitely not worth paying any amount of money for.LONG VERSION:If I were a manufacturer of parts and I looked at these and saw the blatant manufacturing flaws that you can't miss unless you're blind (although, the defect in this case can probably be detected by touch, too), and if I went ahead and sold them anyways, and accepted someone's money for them.... Well, I wouldn't do that, but if I did - if it were a hand-to-hand transaction - I would expect the buyer to look at me like I must be crazy, and that he may possibly even feel offended and assault me.I bought these many months back to keep around as spares. I only recently needed a replacement, and this is what I found when I tried to use these: The little "nipple" or "tip" (I'm sure there's a technical term, but I don't know it) on the top of the carbon part where the spring attaches was so badly off center that it caused the spring to protrude over the edge of the carbon, thus blocking it from being inserted into the notch on the tool where it's supposed to go. Out of the six I bought, all of them were off center like this. I broke two of them while attempting to make them work, and the other four are shown in one of my accompanying photos -- unusable.Normally before writing such an accusatory review I would give the seller a chance to make it right, knowing that sometimes mistakes happen, things slip through the cracks, etc. But in this case it's so bad, and so not worth my time, and I don't want anything from this seller--I already got different brushes and moved on. I bought these mainly for the low price, so my expectations were not high at all. I expected less-than-top-notch quality and short lifespan. I really only expected one thing: Usability. It has to work, at least for a little while. But I didn't even get that. And I tried to think of ANY scenario in which the seller doesn't see that they're complete crap and I can only come up with one: They don't know what the parts are SUPPOSED to look like and are in the wrong business. (I probably shouldn't be manufacturing and selling engine parts, for example, because I don't know enough about them). So if the seller at least knows what the parts should look like, then to take the next step and sell them to me anyways -- you're insulting my intelligence at that point, so screw you. In the case where somehow it wasn't done knowingly or maliciously then it becomes like me trying to make and sell replacement engine parts: Someone needs to find another line of work!

I'm a manicurist I bought the carbon brushes to replace in my electric nail drill. It's a good product and N fast shipped.

Worked as intended. Dremel was saved from its way to the trash can.

Didn't quite fit my dremel 4000 at first. Had to sand the width down a bit to get it to fit. After that they work perfectly. For the price they are definitely worth it.

These did require minor adjustments to fit my Dremel 4000, easily done with some sandpaper. They have so far lasted longer than the original brushes!

Nur drei Sterne, weil die Kohlen ca 02-03 mm zu breit sind und nachgearbeitet werden müssen. Länge und Höhe sind ok. Wenn man sie anpasst ist das für den Preis ok.

The 4000 brushes are rectangular but these brushes squares. YOU WILL RETURN THESE BRUSHES ☹️ Because they DON’T FIT!
