Q: Does this unit have audio/video outputs? I want to add a tv screen to this, if so how many?

Yes it has one audio & video output in rear of unit. I installed unit in my motor home & ran line up to my main TV & works fine

Q: From someone with experience using the machine, is there an extra piece to buy for GPS? Or can it display your gps from your phone? Or neither?

I assume it's an extra piece because I can't display it thru my phone..

Q: am i able to use this radio with my subwoofer and amplifier?

Yes this radio works fine with a subwoofer and amplifier

Q: When your phone is connected to bluetooth and you get a call, does it ring through the unit? And does it mute the audio or just turn it down?

Yes when you get a call, it ring through the unit. And it does mute the audio. The sound is very clear too.
