For harder stains, use a soft bristled brush. To fully wash the knee sleeves, rinse and soak them in warm water with mild dishwashing soap for 15-20 minutes.

Too big
I haven't really used knee sleeves before but I tried on a friends pair of rouge sleeves and they were 5x more comfortable than these. I measured and ordered using there size chart and they are too big. They also feel very thick. They are cheap enough to not return but I won't be using them

Size XL “17 I’m 5”2
First off, brand logo is painted and easily to scratch off. Very poor logo placing as shown they had put logo backwards.Comfort: very thick and padded. Ok qualitySize: A bit tight/smaller than noted. My measurements are 17 and I got an XL but still fit very snug.Good for support on knees or working out in wood room. Not good for running.

Order bigger than needed
They are quality, however I measured per the instructions and the size I ordered was too small.
