This is our 2nd massage chair and all I’ve got to say is, GREAT INVESTMENT!After our long days of standing, this chair surely relaxes us for the most part. The compression off of the airbags is intense and I love it. Some may find it might hold too tight for them though. Rollers hit the intense spots and roll firm enough to release the tension.Our friends are still shocked at how much we paid for what this chair does!We have not had any issues with it for the most part and are overall impressed with the product.I’m literally writing this review as I am sitting in the chair.

The company refunded my money right away after receiving the chair back. This chair was painful for my weight & height. I weigh 160 and am 5'7, not a comfortable experience. I had pain/bruises after using it. The neck and upper back is where I needed rollers this chair has air bags that compress in those areas. I know many customers have purchased it and been satisfied. I unfortunately, was not. Luckily, they returned it and refunded my money. I am thankful for the ability to return it. I am sorry it was not what I anticipated. Overall affordable product and the foot rollers were great and if you are used to air bags in massage chairs it is good. For me it hurt though so I had to return it. Hope this helps for future reference. It has air bags on shoulders, arms and calves and the pressure is a bit intense on the lower back in my opinion.

Plus points:Shipment arrived earlier then expected date.Quick and easy installation process. (15mins MAX, can be installed by one person)Looks very modern and the color matches our sofas.My mother, wife, brother, and I tested it right after installation and we all fell in love. The picture is of my brother who enjoyed the most.Negative point:The calf pressure is a bit too high. It tightens way too much. Please adjust for future production.The remote control screen needs a backlight. It’s hard to see the icons.

I have used our chair for a week now. Found the chair to be very aggressive with the back massagers. After a couple uses makes my back sore from the overly aggressive massaging. Unfortunately, does not come with the roller system going up and down your spine. I would rather have spent more money and purchased a better quality chair.The chair assembly instructions were not very clear to understand. The shipment was fast and took about 45 minutes to assemble. Looking at trying to return it and purchased a more quality chair.

Shipping was fast. Arrived in two giant boxes within 3 days of placing order. There's manual/instructions inside. I didn't assemble it myself as I have back problem hence buying this massage chair. The guy who I paid to assemble it said the instructions were okay, not good, just okay. It took him 1.5 hour all by himself.The good part.. the chair is AMAZING! I spend 15 minutes a day and after only a week, I can feel the difference. Default setting was Auto, which gives you 15 minutes of all types of massage that it offers. I don't like the calves and arms massage, too tight and can be painful but you can adjust the settings. I absolutely love the zero gravity, shoulder and shiatsu massage setting. Definitely worth the money!

I ordered this on the 31st and was told not to expect it prior to the 12th, but it arrived on the 4th! It took about 1.5 hours to assemble and it wasn't difficult. In point of fact, fitting the cardboard box into the recycling bin was the biggest challenge. Loved the message, which includes everything from the bottom of my feet to the base of my skull - super relaxing/rejuvenating.Highly recommend this for anyone prone to back aches.

Like for real. Real cheap.
