This was purchased for a small rug that has a tendency to slide underfoot. No more sliding. Extra material was cut off (using scissors that accompanied the gripping material) and put under another rug for a little extra stay-put factor at the front door for older friends who are a bit unsteady on their feet. Works on all levels for me, very pleased.

I hoped this would hold my hall runner in place and it does. It does a great job and is a good value. PLUS, they send you a pair of scissors along with runner. The selling point for me was the scissors. They are a really good pair of scissors.

I didn't realize that a pair of scissors were included with the purchase of the rug mat. The mat is great and what a nice surprise for me. Many thanks.

This is used in my kitchen. I originally had a washable rug but it faded after a very short time and ir slipped and bunched up in places. I ordered a different.rugAnd a pad. This replacement rug is thinner, firmer and so far the color is not wearing off. But it still slips. We like the rug so we’re going to stick with it.

The pad is very good and holds the rug firmly in place but the most enchanting surprise were scissors- very sharp, I certainly will use them

I like it the rug is not slippery anymore.it keeps it in place.

I bought a good mat but the backing slipped on the hardwood floor. This product has stopped that and i still have the mat i like.
