These worked great and the banana flavored ones were perfect for almost any taste. (the berry one's way to tart and artificial tasting.) I bought hundreds of dollars of these over the years and I'm really pissed they've stop making them.

Easy to chew. Taste nice; good price; too soon to tell if good for my body; but have no complaints at this point. ( I have no video of me throwing flat pill in my mouth and chewing it --- will see if my 6 yr old grand child can video me with his smart phone; I think that's what they call the device he talks to friend on).

Embarrassing to admit, but I have is with constipation. For the past several years, it's gotten worse. Don't know if it was due to low thyroid, my meds or menopause but sometimes I would go without a poop for 3 or more days. Since I started taking these delicious little banana flavored tablets, I have been going v regularly every day!! If your stomach is giving you trouble, these are definitely worth a try!!

I wonder how many people realize how delighted their bodies would be if they would just take some acidophilus a few times/wk or even every day. I've used it off an on since I was in college during the heydey or the "granola" - the last gasp of the hippie wannabe movement - we missed the '60's by being too young to participate - so instead of protesting I turned my attention to studying about nutritional supplements and nibbled TIger Milk bars and played with guided meditation sessions on tape (now on CD). So I'm qualified to encourage the world to eat some bacteria and trust me you won't die or turn paisley. You'll feel better. Acidophilus (and if with bifidum) is what your innards need to take out the trash so to speak. I love chewable supplements so I purchased this bottle by American Health. Within 24 hrs. I already had proof that is helping me. I am sitting here telling myself to get my modest nighttime meal prepared so I can chase it with my chewable vitamin and then one of these pleasantly flavored little tablets.

Great for kids. My 4-year-old eats this without complaint. She takes 3 different probiotics each day. Great to have one that works and tastes good, too! Check the label. I did not know you were supposed to refrigerate after opening.

Being a senior with several health related issues, besides my regular daily medication pills I also take a multivitamin and mineral supplement. I have recently also included some pro-bionic supplements for my digestive health. I recently purchased this product (American Health Chewable Acidophilus and Bifidum: One billion organisms, 100 wafers) at a bargain price on Amazon.This is a banana flavored product and is easy to chew and swallow. It claims to support intestinal health and helps maintain microflora balance. I just began using this product a week ago and I have had no side effects at this time. I took another brand of pro-biotics in the past which was sometimes difficult to swallow but this chewable brand is easy to chew and swallow.If you are into taking a supplement for your digestive health you may want to check out this brand. Used this and other flavors since I was a little girl. My mother used to put one or two in the milk to break down the lactose. Since a lot of protein powder use depleted my lactose tolerance I've started adding to my milk and it's made a world of difference. Banana or strawberry are my favorites, I pop one or two once in a while cause they're tasty.

Why would anyone buy pills to swallow when there are these delicious chewables available? I believe these are effective: I've got a strong immune system (despite a bad sugar addiction) and great regularity. I also think my allergy suffering has improved over the years since taking these. I swear by 'em. My rabbits love them, too.
