I was at least expecting a zipper to keep it closed!
I was at least expecting a zipper to keep it closed. I haven't used it yet, but I'm not impressed with the overall design. It's basically just a fabric box that's supposed to fit snugly around a cheap plastic insert or "removable pan". I don't review many things unless I am supremely impressed or disappointed.

Not For This Price
Just received this warmer today and am returning it. It does not have any mechanism to securely close it; no zipper or velcro period but rather the top cover tucks over the edge of the bottom half. No carrying straps or handles either. For this price, I can buy a helluva lot of newspaper and paper bags to keep my food warm whether I'm travelling or not...Sorry.

Poor quality. The unit does not securely close so it is not able to keep food warm. Very poor product. Falsely advertised.

and it's easy to clean
No handles or zippers to worry about breaking, and it's easy to clean. This hot food bag is just exactly what I needed.
