The scanner keeps scanning how do I disable the automatic scanning. I would like to only have it scan when trigger is pulled manual' code didn't help?

There is a code in the book that came with it, that you scan. You have to enter program mode first, then scan the code. I'm not sure which one it is, but you can try several options until it works.

Hi! Can this scanner scan code 39 barcodes (also known as font Free 3 of 9) from a cell phone?

Yes ... I just printed a code 39 from internet and works fine. Also for Cell Phone labels.

I would like to scan in my cd collection. What additional software do I need?

You will need a cataloging program. I did a quick search and collectorz seems to be an app that people like for scanning CDs. It has support for a barcode and from what I see it will work with the esky scanner. I may have to look into Collectorz myself as I use DVD profiler for our DVDs/BluRays and would actually like something for CDs..

I need to know if this barcode scanner will work with the square register pos? thanks

I don't know but I plugged it into my computer (running Windows 10) and started using it so I hope that helps!!!!
