Hakubaku Restaurant Style Fresh Noodle, Ramen Yakisoba Stir Fry, KAEDAMA,8 pack x 3.5 oz

So after reading all the reviews, good and bad, I decided I needed to try them for myself. I'm so glad I did. These noodles are so darn easy to prepare! The flavor is good, the texture is great, and they're ready in less than 3 minutes. I'm still working on my ramen game so I've only prepared them two ways so far, both times using the Yamasa Tonkotsu Ramen Broth. The first time I just did the noodles and a tbsp of the sauce and it was great!! Today I added an egg yolk to the sauce, as well as some of the cooking water, and it was so creamy. The noodles held up so well! They are a little high in sodium, but I was blessed with low sodium so the levels are fine, and honestly that's really not a stretch from any ramen. Last but not least, the protein!! I love that they incorporated protein into these noodles. If you only add veggies and a sauce, it's really a pretty well balanced meal for the average person. If you're on the fence about these noodles, definitely try them for yourself.

These are my new "go to" ramen noodles. Easy to prep - 2 minute boil. Great ramen flavor, good textured noodles and nice curly noodles that are easy to grasp with hashi (chopsticks). Yes, I understand that the sodium content is 'high', but I surmise a lot of the sodium is released out during the boiling process (my educated guess... ) Besides, "salt" is comprised of NaCl (sodium-chloride). But if I am incorrect, my apologies. Note: the 'Hime' brand ramen noodles also have a similar sodium content level. Those are also good ramen noodles. But, these Hakubaku noodles are better...Portion size is just the right amount for a single meal. Enjoy!

My daughter is really into japanese food, so I bought these noodles to make her yakisoba and ramen and so last night we had Miso ramen and they were fantastic!!!!! The flavor is amazing, nothing like the instant or store bought noodles, they cook super fast, 2 min and they are ready and they hold great in the broth.I didn't finish my ramen so I put the whole thing in the fridge and a day later they were still great! With the same consistency and body ... I definitely need to buy more

I really like these noodles. Quick to prepare with a quick drop in boiling water, and delicious in either stir fry, noodle bowls or soup. I’ve done it all with these noodles.

Edit 3-12-21: a reviewer actually posted a review complaining they only got 1 packet instead of 8. They even posted a picture of the "1 bag". Good lord, the 8 packets are in the 1 bigger bag. It's not that hard people.Original review:Because they are so good, I want them all for myself.I decided to get off the fried brick package of ramen because they're terrible for you. I decided to start making my own broth. I tried some of the different dried ramen sold on amazon, that isnt the pre-packaged bricks. They were ok, reminded me too much of spaghetti.Enter these noodles.....awesome, great texture, great flavor. Perfect.

Oh. My. God. These are ah-mazingly yummy, so much so that I think my local ramen spot has lost a customer. I can now make restaurant quality ramen at home thanks to these delicious noodles. Made them for dinner last night and everyone agreed they were great! Nice and springy with a good bite to it. Texture and flavor were so good. Boil 2 minutes for firm noodles and 2.5 for softer texture. Yummy yummy in my tummy!! Will be ordering again for sure!! Love that they come in individual sized portions too. One package is perfect for one adult or two kids. Buy these!! You will not regret it.

Overall I'm very happy. Portion sizes look small in the package, but still satisfying. Nothing unique in the flavor department, but a nice simple noodle, with a good chewiness to it. A lot more expensive than most shelf stable ramen, but it tastes like a much higher quality product.

I liked the noodles and they taste good. Serving sizes are smallish but convenient, always feel like I could eat 2x packages in a sitting.But as convenient and tasty as they are, don't think that they are worth the price since you can buy a lot more dry noodles that will taste just as good, but will take longer to cook.Price of convenience I suppose...
