Great value, Works well. Just test pin order before using.
Got this to reprogram ATTINY25/45/85 chips in circuit. Works fine. Just note that mine had the pins reversed, so make sure to test before connecting to anything important. Not a big deal- just have to remember that the pin marked 1 is really 8.

I'd go with another brand.
Pretty hard to get it seated on the chip so that it actually makes proper contact while it's on the board. Since I bricked the device I was connecting it to pretty quickly after finally getting it almost on there (was a W25Q64FW, for the bios on a pos dell venue 10 pro 5055) I'm not too sure how well it actually works. Don't be an idiot like me and connect a 3.3v programmer to a 1.8v chip w/o a level shifter.

This is a very cheaply made test clip. After ...
This is a very cheaply made test clip. After a handful of uses, it will not stay on chips anymore. If you are using it to repair just a couple of machines or some one off project, then you will be OK. Otherwise I suggest purchasing the Pomona test clip.

Loses grip after a few uses
Used this about 5 times and now it has completely lost its ability to grip the chip. Don't bother with this unless you only need to use once or twice.

Its ok, but I wouldn't buy again
Its ok.... wouldn't buy it again if I knew that the quality is so so.. Just buy a better quality product from get go and you'll be happier long term.

Decent clip quality
Used this to clip onto a bios chip on my motherboard and flash it after I thought it was bricked. Pretty painless.

Worked well for me.
I only used it once, but it worked fine with flashrom on a Raspberry Pi for re-flashing a (Late 2013) Mac Pro firmware chip.

Works well.
Solved a problem with in-circuit programming with ease.
