I'll learn to love it.
I've not used this yet. It is a sharp looking pan with a pretty nice finish. However the handle on the lid is so slick and wedge shaped, I couldnt lift it off the pan. I had to rock it to one side, then lift it off. For that reason, l decided to return it and order a Le Creuset. I requested a return and never got a response from the seller. I don't like hassles, and I've wasted more money in one evening at the casino, and as I said, it is a very sharp looking pan, so l'm keeping it. The handle on the lid of the Le Creuset is formed so the lid is easily removed, and the finish is a bit nicer than this pan. They are almost identical in size. So now I'm a guy, with one too many Terrine pans. Crazy about the Le Creuset, and I'll learn to love this pan too, I think. It looks particularly sexy sitting on top of my black range. Love is strange, and sometimes it happens for all the wrong reasons.
