Great tasting Espresso
We enjoy the 6 bean Espresso full bean coffee. Works well in the Breville Barista and the price is so reasonable. Always fresh, well packaged. A great coffee for every day use in our morning lattes!

Quality coffee for a reasonable price
This coffee blend exceeds the quality of anything available in my local big-box store, including the products that are marketed as "premium". This coffee is roughly on par with the quality of the packaged coffee sold by the best-known US coffee shop chain. I use this espresso to brew regular coffee, dark, black, and slightly bitter. These beans probably wouldn't satisfy a true coffee snob, as the coffee brewed is slightly bitter, and not quite as rich and smooth as more expensive espressos that sell for double (or more) the price. Nonetheless, I recommend this coffee for the cost-conscious consumer who is looking for a quality product.

Good Beans for a Great Price
Lets get this straight from the start. These are not the best beans I have ever used, but they are good. What makes these a five star is the value...$6.50(+/-) a pound is awesome. I was skeptical due to the price, but then ordered and I will definitely keep purchasing. I was buying the Kicking Horse coffees from Canada, and I highly recommend them for espresso. These, while not quite as good still have a good taste and good creama. I would not buy these for drinking straight espresso. We always drink cappuccino or lattes and these do a great job for these type of drinks.

6 bean espresso is just ok
I'm a big espresso lover and very anti starbucks. I usually get Klatch but times are tough. I opted for this 6 bean espresso to see if it was a good value. I don't think I will order this one again but open to try a different blend from coffee direct club. Shot Info - 18.5grams is the sweet spot on a fine grind, anything more than 18.5, it chokes the shot. Brew temp ~204 degrees Pros - very strong, very dark, taste is OK Cons - feel like it's over roasted, the beans are oily and just with touch, your hands smell like burnt coffee. Yeah-you know the smell.

This is the best espresso ever!
I've been meaning to leave a review for this product for some time...I have to say this hands down one of the best espresso roasts I have ever tasted. I'm a latte drinker and this goes so perfectly in my mochas and my pumpkin spice lattes. It is very smooth, perfectly roasted with a great aroma and I don't find that it has a bitter aftertaste like many other the espresso roasts I have tried. I am a repeat buyer of this coffee and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a terrific espresso experience.

All around good coffee at a good price.
All around good coffee at a good price. Grinds evenly, not acidic, nice aroma, but not amazing.

Better than Lavazza by far!
Long store short - I will be buying this again. Been making a mocha or two every day now for about a year and a half. Just have a moderate level machine - been going around trying all the beans I could to find something I really like. Everything from local roasters, Lavazza to cheap grocery stuff. I haven't got to the point where I can make and drink a shot of espresso. Mainly because the acidity and bitterness is too strong for my liking. When I make my mochas however I always taste it a bit to see how I'm doing. This is the first coffee I think I'd give a shot a try - on a good day I pack it just right and its delicious but even when I mess up and pack the puck too tight its still forgiving enough to taste better than others on a good day. And for the price its an easy buy - I won't venture too far away from this blend as I've tried their Itialian Espress and would rate it 3 stars.

Not what I was expecting
Not what I was expecting. This coffee is weak, and I doubled up the coffee in my percolator and it is still just weak. I like a bold coffee, my go to being French Market with chicory. I will not purchase this coffee again.
