BUSN (with MindTap Business, 1 Term (6 Months) Printed Access Card)

This book was for my college course on business basics. It’s a great summary level of most business topics. The only thing I didn’t like was the frequent use of the word “breakneck.” As in, “technology is evolving at a breakneck pace.” It just puts a graphic image in my mind. At one point I think the book used the word “rapid” instead of “breakneck” and I praised the authors out loud for thinking of another word to use. Yes, I’m petty. But seriously, it’s a pretty good textbook overall; they make it entertaining with lots of real life examples and even a good amount of humor. I don’t save all my textbooks, but I will be saving this one. Even though it doesn’t go into a lot of depth, it solves the problem of “not knowing what you don’t know” for any given topic, making it a good reference book to start with before jumping into further study.

Bought this book for a 3-week mini-mester course. Which means, a lot to learn and work on in a very short period of time. Amazon delivered me 2 printer ink cartridges instead of my book I so desperately needed to arrive on time. Not sure how or why they mixed this up. I do not even own a printer at the moment. I had to quickly purchase and download an online pdf version of the book. Far from what I wanted, but will have to make due.I am giving this textbook 5 stars based off of content and ease of learning alone. The way the information is portrayed is far from boring. It gets you involved and so far have not had any issue grasping each chapter with confidence.This textbook is sold by the authors and fulfilled by Amazon. Too often, people leave 1-star reviews complaining about a packaging issue/wrong item and they are detrimental to the seller who's hard work is being slandered due to an incident completely out of their control, when it is actually 100% Amazon's fault. Just something to consider! All-in-all very pleased with this textbook!

Book was almost in perfect condition! Some wear but overall great value, glad I didn’t spend the money on a new book!

The book for the most part is okay, the only issue is with the first few pages in the bottom right corner. They are damaged in that corner and it looks like water damage. The pages are stuck together making them difficult to open.

I did not like having to wait for the book to arrive. I did approve of the wrapped book and the new product card.
