Contigo AUTOSEAL Cortland Water Bottle, 24 oz, Radiant Orchid

I originally got this exact brand of water bottle from my work with my work logo on it. I used the water bottle for a short time before I gave it to someone who needed one. I immediately started missing the water bottle. So I went online and searched for the same water bottle, and found it.I really love the Autoseal feature. I is conveniently placed towards the back of the water bottle under the travel loop. It is easy to press in which lowers this ball looking thing allowing water to flow from the water bottle. It is easy to use, and I never have any issues with it. When you wash the water bottle, the Autoseal mechanism can be popped off from inside the lid, to be washed separately. This helps get any built up grim in cracks.To the right hand side of the Autoseal button, there is a small locking tab that you can slide from left to right. This allows you to lock the waterbottle, so you don't accidentally hit the Autoseal when it is in your bag. Since I have a bad habit of carrying my MacBook in my purse with my water bottle, this makes me feel a lot more at ease. I have yet to have any leaks with the water bottle, when I ALWAYS have had previous leaks in many different types of bottles.There is also a flap or lid that you can close over the top of the drinking area. This is also another precautionary way to prevent any leaks. It also lets you protect the drinking portion from collecting any dirt or anything that may be flying in the air and can settle there.The last feature I love is the caribeaner part of the carrying handle. It allows me to snap it to my purse or bag for easy transportation. It is easy to use and seems really sturdy.I have been using this water bottle for about 3 months now. I have dropped more than a handful of times on the cement ground. Nothing has chipped or broke. The water bottle is very sturdy. The plastic is strong where it doesn't bend when squeezed.

Love, love, love this water bottle! I have two small children and I am quite clumsy myself so spills are an issue at our house. The fact that this has a 'spill safety' latch is what sets this water bottle apart from others I have had. I can also use it one handed, which is important as a mom. No lids to unscrew. Just drunk from it and the release valve is conveniently where your finger naturally is placed. Also, the fact that there are no straws or tubing is another plus for me. I am a health care provider so naturally I am also a germaphobe. Straws and tubing don't ever get clean unless you scrub the inside. I don't plan to do that and I also don't have time to get sick so I'll continue to use the water bottle that is spill proof and easy to clean. Happy hydrating!

I love this one because when drinking you have to tip it and suck like a straw which intern allows you to chug that healthy refreshing H2O down!!! This is my official everyday water drinking cup and I can not live without it! It's easy to drink from and leak proof only if you close the little lid and sip the droplet of water on the top. I started with a blue one for a couple years and just came across this purple, my favorite color! Just in time to hand down my blue one to my son. Now he can chug that H2O like a champ!

Awesome product!! I would purchase this 100 times over. The product came intact and not cracked. It was cushioned well in the box. This product makes for easier cleaning in the lid, as you can move the wide lever that is attached to the little ball. The ball is what seals up the hole where the liquid comes out. I hand wash everything [I don't own a dishwasher] and I have to use a bottle brush to clean down at the bottom. i always tend to rinse the bottle after I use it, which makes for easier clean-up. After the liquid and my protein powder/juice mix is in there.. and you screw the lid on tight and shake it up, I don't have any leaks. I don't worry about my cat knocking over the bottle and it spilling everywhere. You can "lock" that ball into place, with the little switch towards the back of the lid. You can also pull the small lid down over the sip opening..The lid has an way for you to attach it to your bike, etc. I would definitely purchase again!

I actually received two of these for Christmas. I already owned a blue one and was happy to get more colors. These are my favorite water bottles. As someone who likes to measure their water intake it's great to have the measurements on the side along with the auto close feature so you know that ever drop leaving the bottle is going into you. The cap provides an extra layer of protection that I like when I'm in places like the doctors office or going into the bathroom. The locking feature keeps my 4 year old from drinking my water. I love that it does not come with a straw that I can lose or that bothers my throat if I drink 80 oz a day through it. Even though the top does not come apart it is easy to clean in some hot soapy water. I toss the whole thing in the dishwasher most days and then just run hot water through the spout afterwards.The only con I have with this is that sometimes when I press the button to drink I get sprayed with a little water. If that is my only concern I think I'm doing great.Update: From 5 to 4 stars, since I use these so often they are starting to break. So far 4 of my bottles have had the push button break off just from normal use.

This is a great water bottle! It doesn't leak. It holds a good amount of water. It is easy to drink from using one hand while driving or watching the kids at the playground. It does fit most cup holders but it is a snug fit. I spent a lot of time debating between this bottle and one with a straw, but I am very happy with this purchase. Glad I decided no straw - this bottle is easy to use and clean.

I love this Contigo bottle! It is the most convenient and easy to use bottle I have ever owned and they last a pretty long time too. I prefer a bottle that can be used with one hand and this one fits the bill! Cleaning is pretty easy even if it looks complicated due to the mechanism in the top that allows you to drink using the button on the back. Plus the colors it comes in are nice!
