It a very firm roller but perfect for me. If you are new to rolling this is not the best place to start. The product is very good though.

Not as expected at all! The roller is very hard, too hard to do any exercises. The video is not there for nothing. We can buy a cheaper one who does the job. It was not a question of money for me. I only need a good one and it was not the case.
