Perfect. I put it in a squeeze bottle and dilute it wit water and squeeze it all over and it works well on my havanese curly puppy and have had no reactions. Seems to larger a decent amount and rinse well. *Definitely recommend getting the almost coat handler conditioner for longer hair dogs. Combo makes their hair like silk*

I use this on my Havanese dogs along with coat handler conditioner. It is a gentle mild shampoo. I wash my dogs every 3 weeks or less. This shampoo is gentle enough for every week of washing. I love how soft and manageble their coats are after a bath. The smell is not too strong or too perfumed. I have 5 Havanese, and I've given this the full test. I highly recommend it.

A good pet shampoo for between grooming appointment clean ups. Mild and pleasantly scented, I use to wash my Yorkie.Poodle once a week to keep her clean and sweet smelling. No skin problems and doesn't dry out her fur. She comes out soft and fluffy.

I came upon this product many years ago by accident. I was Director of an animal shelter at the time. Bought it by the gallon and used it for many years. Was so happy to find it again. I find it works even better if mixed 5 to 1 with distilled water. Best grooming product I ever used.

No doubt it is a good product. I got it for my Shih Tsu who constantly scratches and it really didn't help.

I purchased this brand after seeing it mentioned on a Havanese breed forum. After using it twice, I felt it's cleaning ability was very good but it did not leave the coat with much luster or shine. Thinking that might be a function of the conditioner, I then purchased the Coat Handler Conditioner to use in combination with shampoo.At this juncture I'm not really impressed with either one. I will use the remaining portions and hopefully adjusts the ratios to get a better result, at which point I will update this review. As it stands now I would not purchase this product again.

I switched to coat handler shampoo and conditioner for my Havanese and he is no longer getting knots in his hair. Big improvement.

This is an outstanding shampoo as well as an outstanding value. Left both my dogs' coats silky and shiny, and since it is mixed 5 parts water to 1 part shampoo it is very economical. Non-drying, and easy to rinse out.

My shih tzu loves it. Very mild.
