I haven't used this in a Maine winter yet but it's nice to have my epipen so protected since they're so expensive

I love that this case addresses the temperature needing to be within a certain range. I have been using a frio wallet for my sons Epi owns for years and while it DID keep them from getting too hot in summer, it did NOTHING to address extreme cold in New England winters! (And it was too big for my son to self carry.)I took this to my local seamstress and had her sew on a stretchy jogging belt (The kind you are meant to put your phone in while you jog that got at dollar tree). It’s perfect now! He self carries and it’s safe from extreme termps in either direction!I’m seriously considering buying another one and having it sewn on a shorter belt, so that it can be an “ankle holster” (like the omax care) under his boot cut jeans in the winter, but this one would be better, again bc of the temptcontrolling packets and secure zipper all the way securing his Epi pens.In short, I love this thing!!

I live in south Texas where it can very hot. I have left it in the car with 2 EPI pens and a headache shot for several hours and this case kept my meds cool. I love the hot and cold packs. I will see how it works in Winter soon.

We like that this holds my sons Benadryl and two Audi-Q dispensers. The temperature inserts are a bit awkward to insert in the pouch though.

Love this! I’ve been looking for a product that hold an epi pen in different weather conditions! Durable and worth the price!

Seemed like a good idea, so I purchased 2. Before using for meds, tested in fridge. Inserted the cold packs and a small thermometer. Two hours later, both packs are solid, and thermometer was in the low 40's. Well below what is required for proper Epi Storage. So there is no way these meds can be kept in a cold vehicle for more than 2 hours. Have not tested the hot packs, but I expect similar results.Wasted money.

Good size for keeping it discrete, and does the job for keeping the epi pen cool

This fits epipens, an asthma puffer and some antihistamines really nicely without being too big for my handbag. It has some useful pockets on the outside and a good clip. I haven't used the cooling or heating packs yet but will do in summer. It's good quality but pretty pricey.
