Useful Developer
What can I say? It's one of the common and best developers for the film.

pretty good developer
This is a pretty good developer, but you need to go through it pretty fast or it will go bad on the shelf in about 4 months. I try to keep as much air as possible out of it and keep it in a dark place, and I get about 6-7 months storage before it goes bad.

Single shot developer
Works very well. Just remember its a one shot developer. You mix what you need but its not meant for multiple rolls.

Good chemistry
Depending on the rolls, I use this developer or d76. This developer is quick and easy when used as a one shot formula. One could really stretch out how many rolls this chemistry can develop if diluted at 1:9. An excellent buy for the darkroom enthusiast

I only started developing my own film a few months ago. This one-shot developer was recommended as a good black and white developer to start with. I've had a couple of bottles of it now and developed a couple of films. It's nice and easy to use as it a one-shot, meaning you measure out the amount you require and dispose of it when finished. It's probably not as cost effective as some of the ones you make from powder, but it is better if you aren't developing huge amounts in a very short period. I don't believe it is supposed to be as good as some of the other Ilford developers or alternative brands, but the results are perfectly fine. It also does work pretty well pushing the film or stretching it out with more dilute mixtures; normally you develop at 1+9, but it's perfectly acceptable at 1+14. I've had a few bottles of this now and am happy to recommend.
