This pool is all that and then some. Very great price and large enough to stretch out in. Sturdy enough for an animal. I bought it for myself to help beat the Arizona heat.

I less than a day, it was no more. The dog split it at a seam within hours. Not for a rambunctious beast, lol.But still better than a blow up

Solid dog pool

Our little big girl loves her pool she loves to jump in on hot and warm days actually she’d play in it anytime if we let her. The only down side is she chewed off the plug which is made for dogs in my opinion especially puppies who will chew anything. It took her under a minute to get it off and since it’s made for a dog one would think they would think of this. When it happened I didn’t even know it was happening she looked down for a moment and took off around the backyard when I noticed the water was draining, she took the plug right off in an instant, that little strip and screw on was undone as fast as snapping my fingers. Anyways my husband was able to find a replacement plug and he made a flap to cover it, which seems to work well. The pool does discolor fairly easily and scrubbing doesn’t help. I like the pool for her to play in it would be 5 stars but because of the plug and dingy look it takes on fairly quickly I’ve taken 2 stars off.

The dogs in the pictures and video are 40-50 lbs, and you can see the XXL (5ft across) is plenty big for 2 or 3 of them to play together. Small children have also enjoyed playing in it, though the smallest need help getting in and out.After a few days the bottom and sides get slimy so I empty the pool (watering the grass), rinse, and refill. So far it has resisted damage from rocks and sticks underneath and dog nails from inside, though no one has tried to chew it yet. When I bought this it only cost $30, so even if I only get one summer of use it will be worth it, but I think it's for enough that we'll get several. Even bought a smaller one for my parents and their 25lb dog!

The media could not be loaded.  I honestly don't know how there could be a bad review. This thing is sturdy and so easy to fold up, not taking up much room in the shed. I read reviews about it being dirty and smelly.. Well yes, you absolutely need to empty and clean it just like any other pool that doesn't have a filter. It is water. I don't see why anyone would want to leave water in it anyway, it attracts bugs...just like any other form of stagnant water. I don't see how you not emptying it like you're supposed to is the products fault? Also, if your animal chews then that's not the problem of the product either. That's your problem. This is perfect to have in the yard for my big boy when he wants to stay outside with me on those hot days to stay cool. Big hit over here. He loves it!

This is my 80 pound German Shepherd in the Large size pool. I chose the large because it was only about $20 and I wasn’t sure how durable it would be or whether my dog would like/use it. I’m super impressed with the quality, the ease of setup and take down, love NOT having to inflate it, easy to store, and best of all the bottom of it has enough “purchase” that I don’t have to worry about him (or me!) slipping or falling and breaking a leg in it. It has a drain at the bottom to empty it without having to pick it up, and the sides stay up sturdily both when dry or full. This one is sufficient for my dog to roll around and cool off in, but had I known it would be this good I would’ve sprung for a bigger size. Very happy with this purchase!
