I love this liquid eyeliner. It stays on all day, it doesn't smudge. Makes a nice smooth fine line.

Not USABLE!!
Both eye liners were very dry. Very old! Didn’t get them going even with added water. Cannot send back as too late! Absolutely not usable!!! Linda
