do they degrade in the septic?

The packaging doesn't say anything about septic, so I went on their website and copied this information, "Stall Mates are designed to be flushable and dispersable in a properly functioning septic and sewer system. Our wipes are made with Hydraspun Dispersible, which is designed to break down when flushed."

Is there a strong smell? Not in the toilet, but the wipes themselves? I prefer unscented everything, if possible.

No, there is not a strong smell. On the package it does read fragrance free. The wet wipes are flushable.

Are there any areas of the body that it is not recommended for? i saw a review by someone that said it tends to "sting" in certain areas (alcohol)

It's alcohol free so I am not too sure what this person could be talking about. I am sure if you could use it in your most 'sensitive spots' it can be used elsewhere. Sometimes I use it as a hand wipe too. Never felt sting!

Looking to purchase but wanted to know if you have lab testing performed ?

They are not tested on animals, if that is your question. They must have some lab testing done since they are made to use on sensitive body parts, but their testee's would be humans who were able to give consent.
