Great starter set of craft blades. Below is a listing of their layout from left to right. Most of the X-Acto replacement blade numbers match up with the numbers printed on this product, otherwise the closest thing I could find on X-Acto's blade matrix was listed in parentheses. The handle is comfortable and the blades were all quite sharp and you even get some blades like the #3 and the #4 that are smaller versions of popular blades that should be very useful. The most important blade for me is the #11, and this product comes with the point clipped on all 3 of the #11s included which makes the blade stronger and I think makes it more comfortable to cut with. The only downside is that the case is fairly cramped, making it tricky to get things out and that is probably the reason they didn't include the larger version of the #11, the #2, which I also would have liked.All in all, great product. Probably will just buy it if I ever manage to burn through all these blades.

Every thing is sharp, durable & cuts with ease only compliant is the storage container it's hard to remove and reinsert blades after use besides that all is good

Great little hobby or "x-acto" knife set. Really, for $8 you're not getting an heirloom product, but it's totally decent. The blades appear identical to the ones shipped with the name brand. The handle is fine. Nothing special but gets the job done. It does have this little weird clip or finger rest right up by the blade. See pic. Not sure what it's intended purpose is, but it gets in the way. No way to remove without cutting it off.The case is great. Well built and functional. Even has this handy little slide-out tab on the back for those that want to hang on a pegboard. Nice Touch. This is my first craft knife purchase. I ordered it through Amazon it was supposed to arrive about 10 days out after I bought it; it arrived much more quickly than it showed on my invoice.I have to say that this knife has been a wonderful purchase. I should have bought one a long time ago. I do a lot of paper craft, vinyl, scrapbooking, and all around craft projects such as holiday projects, which is why I finally broke down and bought this one. I am very happy to have bought this particular knife. I have not used all the attachments yet, there are so many that come with this knife. The knife comes with a lifetime warranty, so I feel more at ease with those small blades. I really like how it can help me with the intricate details that my fingers cannot get to; this product would also benefit those who use rubber stamps, clay, bead making, jewelry making, etc. It did take me a couple tries to replace a blade but now I have it figured it out and it is great.I have kids, so I like that you can lock the lid and the handle is comfortable with a finger rest.

This is a complete set of what are basically Xacto blades. I used this for cutting thick pieces of leather and thinner pieces of leather while I was crafting a belt and some bracelets.ProsIt is very precise - I used this over the box-cutter type of blade for trimming the ends up leather belts and braceletsWide variety of knifes - I had a lot to choose fromComes with nice case to hold everything togetherVery cheap, but doesn't "feel" cheap.ConsOne of the blades snapped as I was cutting a small/thin piece of leather on a bracelet. Remember to wear eye protection.The handle part did not firmly hold onto the curved blades as well as I would have liked - I had to put a finger on the metal part while cutting to ensure it held in place, which isn't very smart to do.OverallThis set is best used for cutting smaller things like fabric, paper, scrapbooking material, etc. I should have used a rotary blade for my uses, but this got the job done.Also: Putting the blades in wasn't difficult, but other reviewers talk about how to do it if you need tips on how to do so.

These are a pretty good selection of knives. I like the way they lock in place. I have used others and its hard to find a decent selection that are well made like this one. Its not the best you can buy but for the money I dont feel its a bad price. Perhaps it depends on what you plan on using them for. In my case I used them to cut bread dough for a bread art project. Thats about all that I used them for. I did buy some previous knives on here that were advertised as great and the blades kept falling out of the holder. This set doesnt have that problem.By the way the blades are pretty sharp.
